Our Engagement Models

 

Partner Intensive

Client determines needs on a case-by-case basis; delivery by Rita or Ron or both; $75,000 monthly commitment for 12-month period; includes roughly 30 hours of utilization per month for 1:1counseling, workshops, coaching, executive presentations, training or similar activities.

Best choice when the problem is urgent, the client wants a flexible “on demand” approach and there is a critical need or large population that would benefit from learning new skills or receiving guidance.

 

Partner Retainer

Client determines needs on a case-by-case basis; delivery by Rita or Ron or both; $25,000 monthly commitment for 12-month period; includes roughly 10 hours of utilization per month for 1:1counseling, workshops, coaching, executive presentations, training or similar activities.

Best choice when the client has time, wants a flexible “on demand” approach to initiatives, and/or there is a desire to experiment with different interventions to see which work best

Project-based

Client determines specific problem statement and Valize responds with a proposal utilizing resources as specified in the rate sheet.

 

 

One-off or event based

These are priced as individual speaking engagements and use a separate rate card
